We are living in an exciting digital age where masses of information and entertainment are available and surprisingly, often free.

Avoid Disappointment May 12, 2009 No Comments

Anyone involved in a real estate transaction at the moment would know that finance approval is taking much longer than even a month ago. One of the reasons for the change is due to the recent tightening of the banks criteria for loan approval. Financial institutions have imposed tougher checks with buyers having to show [...]

No Surprise There May 5, 2009 No Comments

Predictably the Reserve Bank has left rates unchanged today at 3%, a 49 year low. We are all still waiting for the banks to pass on the last rate cut (April 2009).
In the meantime our local auction clearance rate has been steady, 55% last week compared with 68% Sydneywide (Home Price Guide figure).
