I have friends who live in extravagant waterfront houses, some of which are among the most expensive in the Sutherland Shire, but I have never seen anything like 23 Gow Avenue. To give you some idea of the property’s magnificence, 23 Gow Avenue was included in the Sydney Morning Herald’s ‘Top 10 Views of Sydney’ list published in the Good Weekend magazine in 1998.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am very excited to be able to market <a href="http://www.beachandbay.com.au/realestate/Cronulla/property_for_sale.php?list_id=500" target="_blank">‘Drift’</a>, a stunning coastal masterpiece by<a href="http://www.sammutdevelopments.com.au/" target="_blank"> Sammut Developments</a> in Cronulla.</p>
<p>I recently took a tour of <a href="http://www.beachandbay.com.au/realestate/Cronulla/property_for_sale.php?list_id=500" target="_blank">The Drift Penthouse</a> and was absolutely, positively, blown away.</p>
<p>Every detail you could possible imagine has been thought of. Every inclusion is state-of-the art. The highest quality materials have been used, travertine, CaesarStone, <a href="http://www.bpn.com.au/article/DecoR-Stone-Ledge-Stone/501080.aspx" target="_blank">golden quartz</a>, pure wool carpet….its almost too much to take in!</p>
<p>And then the automated blinds were opened and that’s when it really hit me. I was standing in an enormous 500m2 penthouse, in the heart of Cronulla, taking in a sensational view stretching from North Cronulla beach to Shark Island.</p>
<p><strong>I immediately began to imagine my life there.</strong></p>
<p>Waking at 6am and going for a morning jog along The Esplanade, from Gerrale St to Bass &amp; Flinders and back. Ordering a Chai Tea from<a href="http://www.hamharryandmario.com/" target="_blank"> HAM</a> across the road and returning home. Having a long lingering shower in the resort style bathroom. Eating breakfast on the enormous wrap-around deck while the smell of salt is in the air and the surfers are getting a session in before work.</p>
<p>And all of this before it even hits 9am!</p>
<p>Evenings would be spent eating dinner alfresco while taking in the sunset or perhaps champagne in the spa. Or I could walk for a grand total of 2 minutes and eat out at any of the great restaurants in Cronulla. A 2 minute car trip could take me to prestigious <a href="http://www.summersalt.com.au/" target="_blank">Summersalt Restaurant</a> in North Cronulla or <a href="http://www.thenunspool.com/" target="_blank">The Nuns Pool</a> in Cronulla South.</p>
<p>I would entertain guests easily with my masterchef kitchen with only the best <a href="http://www.miele.com.au/au/domestic/home.htm" target="_blank">Miele appliances</a> and of course I would have a butler who has his/her own butlers pantry. I would invite friends over for our own private movie screenings in my deluxe movie room.</p>
<p>As I press the “Goodbye” switch on the <a href="http://www.smarthomes.com.au/" target="_blank">Smart Home system</a>, the blinds roll down, the air conditioning stops and the lights begin to fade…as does my daydream.</p>

Right now there is a shortage of good houses on the market in Cronulla, Burraneer, Woolooware, Caringbah, Caringbah South, Lilli Pill and Dolans Bay. In fact agents are reporting this across Sydney. There are also a lot of cashed up buyers who want to be in a new home now. If you are considering selling in the near future, have a look at what you would be competing with in your suburb and in your price range. You will be surprised how little is available.  A quick easy sale is always a happy one!</span></p>
